Cingoli: le Marche at your feet
From our location, 600m above sea level, the expansive and breathtaking views are unmatchable. From this vantage point you can truly appreciate the unique character of the landscape, with it’s gently rolling hills and colors that ever changing with the seasons. Cingoli is the ideal place for the vacation of your dreams. The agriturismo is situated just 5 minutes from the Cingoli’s evocative walled historic center. It’s also near the famous Collegiata di Sant’Esuperanzio, on the road that connects the main part of town to the ancient borough Pozzo.
Our family farm is made up of two parts, the Casale or farmhouse and the Casa di Campagna or Country house, where our guests can enjoy the ambiance of our unique location.
Your stay includes a comfortable room and hearty breakfast. In addition you may request full or half board. Inside the rooms you will be able to find our own Natural Agricosmesi products suitable for face and body.
The continuity of the two structures is given by the presence of a large park and swimming pool where you can decrease physical and mental tension while enjoying an incredible view. Like everything else it is suitable as a location for weddings, public events and private and for educational and recreational activities.
The Casale
The ancient stone farmhouse dates back to 1600. It has been in the Fabrizi family since 1950 and in 2001 became the site of the Agriturismo.
The Casale was born from the love our parents Nardino Fabrizi and Marisa Capodimonte have for the countryside and for the il Balcone delle Marche, as this area is called. Their dream was simple: to create a place where the days pass peacefully, to offer an oasis surrounded by the changing colors of the patchwork landscape typical to le Marche. It’s a place to regenerate and live the true essence of this territory. The building itself was entirely renovated in keeping with its original style: exposed beams, terracotta floor tiles, the stone fireplace and the large hall where you can enjoy local specialties.
Attention to your needs, tranquility and discretion are our operating principles and reflect the philosophy by which the Agriturismo is run.
The Casa di Campagna
In addition to the farmhouse we are pleased to host you in the residence we have renovated as a traditional Marchigiano Country house.
The structure offers 18 rooms on two floors each with its own bathroom, wifi, heating and air-conditioning. Wheelchair accessible rooms and rooms for guests with special needs are available.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, complete with sun chairs and umbrellas, as well as the extensive gardens. You’ll find they are perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment or a walk with a four-legged friend.
